- 1 cauliflower -small
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 3/4 cup besan
- 1 1/2 tsps redchilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions
- Boil water with turmeric powder and salt then add cauliflower florets and boil for 3 mins
- IN a bowl mix together rice flour ,besan , redchilli powder and salt..To this add boiled cauliflower mix it well. It get coated with water in the cauliflower .then deep fry it till golden brown and crisp.
